Food Survey - Kim's answers

BREAKFAST
1. What is your favorite breakfast to make/have at home? Pancakes, and bacon
2. What do you usually eat for breakfast? Yogurt and chai tea (lately I need caffeine!)
3. If you were to go out to breakfast, where is your favorite place and what do you order? Hmmm.. TCI brunch buffet
4. What do your kids usually eat for breakfast? Right now Halloween Captain Crunch.. usually Honey toast and on Saturdays pancakes
LUNCH
1. What do you usually eat for lunch? I don't really each lunch lately! When I do it is usually lunch meat sandwhich
2. What does your husband/wife usually eat for lunch? Subway or Casey's sub or whateve the drug rep brings
3. Where is your favorite lunch spot if you are eating out. Subway or Hickory Park
4. If your kids are in school, do they prefer to bring a lunch or eat school food.
5. When you were growing up, did you bring a lunch or eat school food? I ate at school until I was a senior. Then I took my lunch and most of the time it was some sort of potatoe.

DINNER
1. What are some common dinners at your house? Tacos, Maidrites, Chicken wraps, Spaghetti, Homemade pizza
2. Who does the cooking? Me
3. What is your favorite place to order take-out/fast food? Pizza from casey's because it is close. On weds. Pizza Hut is in town so we do that sometimes too!
4. If you were going out for supper, what is one of your most your favorite places? Cheesecake Factory, Carlos O Kellys
5. Do you stick to the basics or expirement with new recipes? I try new things but need to do it more often!
6. What is a recipe that you've tried recently? Slow Cooker Orange Chicken- I don't like chinese food but Jon thought it was really good. I didn't think it was too bad and it was SO easy to make
7. Do you prepare different foods for your kids or do they typically eat whatever you are having? Usually whatever we are having

DESSERT
1. Do you eat it every night? Most nights we offer something. I like sweets and I like to bake so there is usually something around
2. What is a common dessert at your house? Whatever I bake. Tootsie rolls, pudding, ice cream
3. If you had the time (and energy) to prepare a dessert, what would you like to have tonight? Homemade cake with homemade frosting, or a big warm cookie with ice cream and chocolate

My own question and answer:
Biggest cooking challenge right now: Making anything at this point! Trying to juggle everyone schedule to get something made
